Shipping Policy – The Casual Goat

At The Casual Goat, we aim to prepare, package and dispatch every order as quickly and safely as possible.

FREE UK DELIVERY

Standard UK delivery is included in the price of our products when you spend £50 or more. There are no additional standard delivery charges added at checkout for UK orders over £50.

Our primary delivery service is Royal Mail. Where appropriate, we may use another trusted courier for larger, heavier or higher-value items.

Orders under £50 are charged at £3.99 delivery

Processing & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days of receiving your order.

Framed prints and other products requiring additional preparation may occasionally take a little longer. If we expect a significant delay, we will contact you.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Although we aim to get every order to you as quickly as possible, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including postal delays, severe weather and busy seasonal periods.

Tracking

Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will be provided when available.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit.

Framed prints, football shirts, memorabilia and collectibles may require different packaging depending on the size, nature and value of the item.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to amend the address provided the order has not already been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will investigate the delivery with Royal Mail or the relevant courier.

Please allow any required carrier investigation period before an order can be confirmed as lost.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.

Please retain the item and original packaging while we investigate the issue.

Multiple Items

Where an order contains multiple products, we will normally aim to send everything together. In some circumstances, products may be dispatched separately at no additional standard delivery cost to you.

International Delivery

Our included delivery currently applies to UK delivery only.

International delivery is not included unless specifically stated on the website. If international delivery becomes available, any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before purchase.
